Faisal is an industry veteran with over 28+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Leadership. He worked for Hewlett Packard, Compaq Computer, Digital Equipment Corp and Tata-Forbes for most part of his career.

At the pinnacle of his corporate career he was Sr. Regional Director, Product Marketing for USD 5 billion Hewlett Packard Enterprise business for Asia Pacific, Japan and China Region based out of Singapore.

Prior to that, he was Director and Chief Marketing Officer for USD 1 billion HP India enterprise business and a core member of the pan HP India Management Leadership team. Other key portfolios he held in last decade and a half were Director, HP Solution Alliances business and Country Manager, High Performance Computing business for HP India

The initial 12 years of his career, he has done hardcore sales roles based out of Mumbai – Account Manage-ment for Unilever, ISPAT and ESSAR Groups and later Sales Management for Manufacturing Industry Vertical.

Faisal is the founder director and chief mentor of his company “Strive2Thrive Consulting” since mid 2017. He guides corporate individuals and groups on career and leadership coaching, performance effectiveness and corporate success. He also helps small business enterprises and start-ups to succeed by providing sales & Small Business Coaching and consulting services.

He is an ICF certified Life Coach, Executive Coach and Mentor, he is a certified NLP practitioner. He is B.Tech. in Computer Science and Post Graduate in Export Management
